GET UNCOMFORTABLE!

Comfort zones plague us all …

We get in our routines and patterns of daily living and pushing past the everyday norms becomes difficult. We all have multiple reasons for not trying. We believe we are too busy; we have fear that we “can’t do it” and we stay comfortable even if staying the same is slowly destroying our lives. What we need to do is to get UNCOMFORTABLE. In order for things to change … YOU MUST CHANGE! Strive to improve in all areas of your life; mind, body, diet and exercise. Change 10% of each category and incrementally increase the effort to improve regularly. Push yourself to be better … get uncomfortable in order to grow and evolve into a better you!
