Got BIG problems…Get BIGGER solutions!
We all have difficulties – from everyday challenges to overwhelming issues that seem to have
impossible solutions. What we need is a repeatable plan that can be used for every problem,
big and small. If we follow some simple steps when dealing with life’s “issues” we can set a
template that can be used, over and over, through the course of our existence. This step by
step solution starts by identifying the problem. Writing the problem down allows us to take
the “emotion” out of it. Try to imagine that you are trying to help someone you love to find
answers, be objective! See the problem from the outside. Once you identify the problem,
list a few step by step solutions. Remember to act like you are giving advice to someone else,
we all love to help others. After listing several solutions, mark a date that the solution must
be completed by. Deadlines help overcome procrastination. Each solution step will lead to a
positive resolution of the challenge. If you follow this plan every time, solutions will happen
more often and you can be on your way to a happier life with much less stress by design!
