What’s Worry Got To Do With It?

Worry! Has it ever solved a single problem? Worry wastes time, it wastes our precious life and when we constantly worry we negatively affect our physical and mental health. Worry can’t affect the outcome of any situation. Worry paralyzes!!

The more we think the deeper we sink. The great Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu taught us to “Let go of your thoughts and worries in order to find peace”. He also taught us, “If you are depressed you are living the past. If you are anxious (worry) you are living the future. If you are at peace you are living in the present”. That’s where we need to be, in the present. Being present in the “now” will help us clearly see options to solve problems with clear, concise solutions, supported by positive action steps. When we turn worry into action we will find the peace we seek. What’s worry got to do with it? What’s worry but a second hand emotion!
