What’s Your Weakness?

Dare to do a little exercise that will help you in your life. Step back from the emotional attachment and look at your life as an independent observer. If you could see yourself from afar, being only objective, what would you see? Do you see yourself doing the same things over and over? Remember, “Behavior never lies”. How do you repeatedly react to stress, with relationships with others, with your approach to exercise, good eating habits and positive thinking? Make a list of your observations, put them in priority order and plan to create a change. With each weakness you identify write a positive counter measure. Start each day concentrating on the solution and work, every day, to turn your weaknesses into strength.
