HABITS!!

You can’t change habits…everybody thinks you can BUT contrary to popular belief, you can’t.  Once something is learned (good or bad), it is in the brain’s memory forever.  When we try to change a habit we are destined to failure…SO WHY TRY??

You can, however, create a new and improved replacement habit in 21 to 30 CONSECUTIVE days of repetition.  That’s how the brain works – repeat anything for 21 to 30 consecutive days and any animal (horse, dog, elephant, human, chimpanzee….you get the idea) will accept the new memory tract (habit) forever.

It’s that simple…TRY IT!  Tell yourself anything, like you are happy or you are healthy, for 21 to 30 consecutive days and you watch the results.  Happiness and health truly are decisions.  NOTE: If the new pattern of repetition is not done consecutively – NO PROBLEM.  Just start over again!  Create a new you or positively influence a child or loved one by telling them how good they are for 21 to 30 consecutive days and watch the change!  Try it…you might discover the secret of learning.
