Don’t live in the shadow of “WHAT IF”
Worry gets us nowhere! Sure we need to plan for future events but planning is not the same as
constant WORRYING. Some of us spend every waking moment worrying about things we can’t control.
When we get trapped in a worry cycle, our thought process is stuck in the negative. It’s like we plan for
the “WHAT IF FACTOR”--- we can’t stop overthinking things like – what if this happens or what if that
goes wrong! We project so many negative “what if” doubts about and around ourselves and our loved
ones that we create tremendous emotional stress. After prolonged periods of constant worry we
eventually manifest the “what if stress” into physical ailments…like headaches, stomach pain, digestive
difficulties, heart irregularities and even musculoskeletal tension and pain.
What we need to do is get out of the “Shadow of What If” and strive to live - only - in the
present. We need to plan for good, see good, and speak about good. When we do, our lives will
transform into a STRESS FREE AND WORRY FREE LIFE!!
