2025 Christmas Newsletter

To Our Loving Friends,

Hold on to your snowflakes everyone, here we go! It’s Christmas time again! Every year this special Holiday seems to sneak up on us, and yet the calendar never lies. It never fails to amuse me! We never seem to have enough time to complete all of the things we THINK that we must finish. The problem really lies in what is REALLY important. If we would only focus on the true MAGIC of the Holyday, we might all start to enjoy the peace and love that Christmas represents. This  year let’s do our best to minimize! Less is more when it comes to the true Christmas celebration. We don’t need tons of gifts, huge amounts of food and the rush that makes us crazy. Let’s put the spirituality of Christmas first. When we choose to smile, breathe and enjoy the simplicity, we will finally feel the beautiful transformation of the Season! With that plan in action we can put our families first and focus our energy toward our physical and spiritual health.

On the home front this year, we want to thank all of our lifelong patients who have sent in past Christmas Newsletters from our office. It is really great to reminisce and enjoy re-reading about former staff members and our office exploits. This year is no different. Our present staff remains as dedicated as ever to the health and welfare of our loyal patients. As always we continue to expand our services, offering multifaceted opportunities so that our patients can achieve the optimal health and wellness they so well deserve!
